SZG double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. Antioxidant dryer Working principle:
◎Into the closed interlayer, heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or heat-conducting oil) is introduced, and heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner casing.
◎ Under the power drive, the tank body rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed to achieve the purpose of strengthening and drying.
◎The material is in a vacuum state, the vapor pressure drops so that the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches a saturated state and evaporates, and is discharged and recovered in time by a vacuum pump. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates and discharges to the surface, and the materials are continuously dried in a short time.

What are the manufacturing requirements for the double cone dryer?
1. Material requirements:
A. Direct contact with material parts should use non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, non-adsorbing drug materials that do not react with the drug, and documentation of the material.
B, stainless steel plate should meet the requirements of GB / T4237.
2. Structure and appearance requirements:
A. The inner surface of the device and the working part of a surface should be flat, smooth and free from dead spots, easy to disinfect and clean.
B. Lubricate the seals, the transmission parts should be free of leakage.
C, SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer drive components and the outer surface of the box should be made of stainless steel cladding. After that, the painted surface should be smooth and flat with no visible visual defects and other irregularities.
3, performance requirements:
A, SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer operating system should be sensitive and reliable; mechanical transmission should be free of blockage and abnormal sound, the tank should be a smooth rotation; vacuum pipe coaxial and the main body, improper shaking phenomenon.

4. Safety requirements:
