(3) Possible abnormalities and exclusions:

In the drying operation, the air flow, the air inlet and outlet temperatures, and the feed amount in the dryer are mainly controlled. The amount of feed is adjusted as a dependent variable.

1. When the gas inlet temperature is constant, other conditions are normal, when the gas outlet temperature is high, slowly increase the feeder speed to increase the feed amount, so that the gas outlet temperature is lowered to the required temperature; conversely, when the gas outlet temperature is low, the effect is dry. The moisture content of the product reduces the speed of the screw feeder, reduces the amount of feed, and raises the temperature of the gas outlet to the required temperature.
2. When the gas inlet temperature of the dryer is high, when the negative pressure in the drying tower is low, the feeding speed must be lowered. After the negative pressure in the tower is stabilized, the feeding speed is re-adjusted to ensure the outlet temperature is the design value.
3. When the system pressure is unbalanced, check whether the system has air leakage or blockage, and whether the pressure measuring tube is blocked.
4. When the bag dust collector gas outlet is a powder, check whether the bag is detached or damaged, and replace and repair it in time.
5. When the power is suddenly cut off for a long time, the dryer should be cleaned to prevent the wet material in the machine from being dry and hard, blocking the ring gap of the dryer, and driving the car to affect the product quality.
6. If the system pressure suddenly increases and cannot be eliminated, the power should be cut off immediately, and the operator should quickly leave the operation site to prevent personal injury when venting.
7. If the squib valve suddenly opens during operation, the personnel must be evacuated in the first time and the pilot fan should be turned off first and then the feeder should be turned off.
