Mannitol Overview:
Mannitol is readily soluble in water and is a white, clear solid with a sugar-like sweetness.

Mannitol drying equipment Product introduction:
Boiling fluidized bed, which is composed of air filter, heater, bubbling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation console. Due to the different nature of dry materials, it can be equipped as needed. Considering that the cyclone separator and the bag filter can be selected at the same time, or one of them can be selected. Generally, the larger specific gravity such as the granule and the granular material are dried, only the cyclone separator is selected, and the small specific gravity is small granular and powdery. The material needs to be equipped with a bag filter, and a pneumatic feeding device and a belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower to contact the solid material through the distribution plate to form a heat exchange of fluidization to achieve gas-solidity. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the boiling bed through the cyclone dust collector group and the bag filter to recover the solid powder and then emptied.
Vapor, electric and hot blast stoves can be used (according to user requirements).

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Since the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, and after boiling for several tens of seconds to several minutes, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

1. Anti-static measures for boiling dry bed:
The measures for boiling the powder in the boiling drying bed to prevent static electricity can be borrowed as follows:
1) The trapping bag is made of anti-static fiber material, which can eliminate the static electricity entering the powder in the bag in time, and avoid the peeling and electrification generated when the powder aggregates fall off.
2) Use the conductor material as the connecting part of the air supply duct and each connecting component, and carefully connect the whole system to make the static electricity on the powder guide away in time.
3) Other methods, such as increasing pipe diameter, reducing elbows, regular cleaning and discharging, and operating workers wearing anti-static clothing, are also effective in suppressing, reducing and eliminating static electricity during powder boiling.
2, boiling dry bed anti-dust explosion measures:
The measures that can be learned from the boiling of powder in a boiling drying bed to prevent dust explosion are as follows:
1) Remove the ignition source. For equipment and devices that may generate fire sources, install a explosion suppression system, and install explosion-proof membranes or pressure relief valves in dust removal or dust filtration equipment and pipelines.
2) Frequently remove dust from pipes and trap bags, and no dust accumulation.
3) Explosion-proof devices such as explosion-proof motors and grounding wires should be used for electrical equipment.

4) The design of the plant should comply with the requirements for the prevention of dust explosion, according to the anti-explosion design, and there must be sufficient explosion-proof pressure relief area.
