1. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and drier pellets are mechanically broken by the action of the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating gas stream and further dried during the ascending process. Since the gas-solid two phases are rotating, the solid phase inertia is larger than the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is large, and the mass transfer heat transfer between the two phases is strengthened, so the dryer has high production intensity.
2. The wet material (such as filter cake) from the previous process is directly put into the feeder, and the screw feeder adopts stepless speed change, and the wet material is sent to the dryer for drying. Fresh air is introduced by the air filter, heated by direct or indirect heaters. The agitator at the bottom of the dryer rotates at a speed of about 200 rpm to 500 rpm to promote fluidization of the wet material.

Abnormal troubleshooting of the flash dryer:
1, gas inlet temperature, other under normal circumstances, the gas outlet temperature is high, slowly increase the feeder speed to increase the feed rate, so that the temperature of the gas outlet temperature drops to the need; on the other hand, the gas outlet temperature is low, Affect the moisture content and reduce the speed of the screw feeder, reduce the feed rate, and make the temperature of the gas outlet temperature required.
2. The temperature of the inlet of the flash dryer is very high. When the feed rate of the negative drying tower must be reduced, the feed rate is adjusted after the negative pressure tower is stabilized, and the outlet temperature is guaranteed to be 90 °C.
3. The system pressure is unbalanced, check whether the system is leaking or blocked, and whether the pressure measuring tube is blocked.
4. The bag dust collector exports natural gas powder to check whether a bag is detached or damaged, and replaced and repaired in time.
5. Sudden power failure for a long time, the dryer is cleaned to prevent the machine from being wet and hard, preventing the opening of the piston ring of the dryer, and then driving to affect the quality of the product.
6. If the system pressure suddenly increases, it cannot be eliminated, and the power supply is cut off immediately. The operator quickly leaves the working place of the flash dryer to prevent personal injury during venting.
