SET-245 extrusion granulator Working principle:
The screw extrusion granulator is a twin screw, and the extrusion form includes two types of front extrusion and side extrusion. It consists of driving, deceleration, gearbox and main engine. It is added into the wet powder material in the main machine. It is conveyed and compacted under the action of specially designed screw elements. The pressure is not equalized and is sent to the granulator head. And the template is extruded to form a columnar granular product to achieve the purpose of granulation. Since the powdery material is subjected to an extrusion granulation process in a wet state, subsequent operations (e.g., drying, coating, etc.) and operating conditions are greatly improved. Generally, the amount of dust on site can be reduced by more than 90%.
